"It is the choices we make that form our destiny and the goal is to make them consciously.

Are you tired of seeing the world the same way?

These theme based action programs start with unique mindset micro video modules designed to shift perspective. Possibility Passages are a series of on-demand, self-paced, micro-learning videos which offer standalone nuggets found in the life learning path of Possibility in Action™. This is for the person that prefers a DYI approach for self-awareness, but at the same times needs accountability.

The concepts highlighted have been learned through personal experience as well as through numerous coaching sessions with clients. The goal is to to interrupt habitual thinking, stimulate new perspectives, and spark insights. In other words, to pave the way for living a life of your crafting.

Each individual video module is roughly 5 minutes. It will be up to you to contemplate, develop, and hopefully assimilate new perspectives into your life. I suggest savoring your journey by limiting yourself to no more than two videos a day as there is a bit of "homework" after each video which is found in specific workbook that accompanies each series.

Be prepared to journal. If you are not a "journaler", this might not be the right product for you. At the end of the series we will schedule a one-hour action session on your top priority to come from the segment you participated in.

What would more resilience mean to the way you approach life?

Resilience is critical to living as Possibility in Action™ and is being able to not only cope with change, but to harness that change for you. Yet, we have come to believe resilience is only for a select few, but we are all resilience. We just need to understand how to access it.

Igniting your resilience helps diminish feeling overwhelmed and helps you avoid turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms, which many times are out of habit. Resilient people tap into their strengths and support systems to overcome challenges, grow, and bounce beyond that which they thought would crush them. During these modules we walk through understanding change, purpose, perspective, and personal power so you can being to embrace the Possibility in Action™ mindset.

Leadership does not only take place from behind a desk.

The world is changing at a pace faster than we could have ever imagined, yet many leadership practices are falling behind. There is a word for something that does not keep pace with evolution - it is decay.

Today's organizations, institutions, schools, businesses, etc., to be truly diverse and inclusive need to walk away from groupthink and create a culture of varied opinions to keep pace with change. This requires building culture from a different perspective, through a facilitated, fun, non-threatening subject where people show up authentic and genuine.

This requires self-awareness. I suggest that today's leaders must be A.G.I.L.E raised to the power of H.

The result will be leading with a perspective of growth and possibilities.
